Our process begins with a complimentary phone or personal
consultation where we gather information to help us
understand your business, your current marketing efforts,
current marketing goals and your marketing budget. This
getting-to-know-you session is your opportunity to ask
questions of Pfister & Associates,
too. During this time, we’ll discuss some preliminary
ideas, explain how we might be able to help your business
situation and explain a basic project or fee structure.
To this point, there is no cost or obligation for our
services.
If you like what you hear, and it seems mutually beneficial
for us move forward, we’ll assess your needs and
your budget and recommend a solution, whether that’s
something as intricate as a complete marketing strategy,
or as clear cut as new or improved website. With this
recommendation, we’ll itemize the general services
to be provided and give you a project estimate. The
shape and form of the recommendation will be tailored
to your business needs and your budget. Work doesn’t
get underway until you’re satisfied with the project
estimate, have agreed on a timeline and authorized us
to proceed. After our work has begun, we provide you
with periodic progress updates and will also help you
prepare to track and monitor results. Our focus is to
help you get a return on the marketing investment you’ve
made and to work to continuously improve your marketing
efforts.

We’ll set a time for a telephone conference
to get to know each other and explore the possibility
of working together.
Plan to spend 20-30 minutes discussing your business
situation and project needs.
During this "get acquainted" session, I’ll
gather basic information about your firm, its products,
services, sales, size, staffing, business goals and
marketing situation.
I’ll also welcome questions about our background
and the results we’ve been able to achieve for
our clients, because we know this is your opportunity
to learn more about Pfister & Associates,
too. As we talk, I’ll begin to understand your
business challenges and opportunities. I’ll
also explain our rate and fee structure in detail
and determine how we might be able to help.

At the end of our "get acquainted"
session, we’ll decide whether or not it’s
mutually beneficial to continue our relationship.
If we agree that it is, we’ll set a date and
time for a second meeting, either via phone or in
person. Up to this point in our exploratory work,
there is no cost or obligation to you.
- The
next step will be a second personal meeting or telephone
conference where we’ll review any information
gaps from the first consultation and establish goals
and objectives. At the conclusion of this
meeting, I’ll be ready to begin preparing a
written proposal for you to review and establish a
date to provide it to you. The written proposal will
establish the services we’ll provide, the timeline
for our work and outline payment schedules and terms.
The written estimate will discuss the specifics of
our work together and set a start date.
- We’ll
meet a final time to review the written proposal.
When you’re satisfied with the agreement, we’ll
begin our work together.
